Return and Replacement Policy
For returns and replacements within Greek region, customer can only use the collaborating shipping company (DOOR TO DOOR) with no additional cost. The Tecnomoto.gr will charge the customer with 5€ shipping fee, in order to send back the replacement product.
Return of non-defective products
Product returns accepted only after consultation with our store.
Returns must be intact, unused and in their packaging in order to be accepted.
- Return and Refund Products must be in excellent condition, without signs of wear or use.
- The product must be in the original packaging, without signs of wear or use or additional adhesive tape.
- Products must be returned, with all their documents (receipt or proof of purchase) accompanied with the delivery.
- Return of a product out of its warranty will not be accepted.
- Replacement of a product can only be done once.
If all the above conditions are met, you can send the product back to us in order to be replaced.
In any other circumstance, we have the right to refuse the replacement of the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return of Defective Products
In cases where Tecnomoto.gr has been proven to have sold products of poor and defective quality or due to an error in placing the order, billing, or shipping, then Tecnomoto.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return (so it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account that will be indicated to it), as well as the costs of resending.
The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
(Right of Withdrawal)
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
- Before sending the product and within 2 hours of completing the order.
Cancellation is possible by sending an email to the email address [email protected] or by telephone contact at 210-9242410 during 09:00-18:00 Tuesday, Thursday and Friday or 09:00-16:00 Monday, Wednesday.
- After receiving the product.
After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. It is clarified that in order to proceed to the return of the product, the aforementioned conditions regarding the damage of the products to be returned must be followed.
Within 15 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back.
For each return of money there is a charge due to the cost of the shipping.
1. If the value of your order was less than 100€, the charge is 5€ for the return of the product (since you have already paid for the shipping).
2. If the value of the order was over 100€, the charge is 10€ (due to double shipping, 5€ for the dispatch and an additional 5€ for the return of the product).
- The shipment of packages to us must be done exclusively and only with the COOPERATING COMPANY.
- In case you wish to use any other transportation company (other than the COOPERATING COMPANY), then the shipping cost is exclusively borne by you.
- In any case, you should send us your Bank Account in IBAN format by email to [email protected].
- The refund is made within 10 working days.
- In case your Bank Account does not belong to the cooperating bank, e.g. National, then the fee of the commission (premium) is exclusively borne by you.
Refusal to Receive an Order
You will be notified about the above with automated email.
In the opposite case, where there is no response from your side, our company reserves the right to exercise any legal right it has.
Note: If a customer has already rejected the receipt of an order once and in the future wishes to place an order from our store, the accepted payment methods are bank deposit, payment by credit/debit card and the use of PayPal. The payment method by cash on delivery in this case is therefore not possible.
Additionally, unless the previous debt (10 €) has been financially settled, the cost of the new order is automatically increased by 10 €.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to appear in your account. If the payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued prior to ~10 business days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping costs. Purchases made in currencies other than € (Euro) will be returned at the current exchange rate.
If you have not yet received your refund, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund appearing in your account. There is often a processing time before a refund is completed.
