Terms and conditions
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software and the compilation of this content are the property of TECNOMOTO RACING LTD and protected by international copyright laws.
1. Scope of application
All orders, services and offers performed by TECNOMOTO RACING LTD shall be carried out solely on the basis of the following general Terms & Conditions.
These terms and conditions are integral part of all the contracts of any item in the online shop made between TECNOMOTO RACING and the customer.
By placing an order on our e-shop you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions set out below. We shall not accept provisions in derogation of these terms unless they have been confirmed by TECNOMOTO RACING in writing.
2. Services
You can order online our products in our online shop for private use only. You must not place any order for commercial purposes.

4. Contract conclusion/ Order transaction
The product description in the online shop is not a legal product offering but a non-binding online catalogue. By entering his data and clicking the ordering button at the final step of the ordering process the seller places a binding ordering of the chosen goods. For this, a confirmation window with your ordering details will open before ending the ordering process. There you can supervise and modify your order data.
After placing your order, TECNOMOTO RACING will send an e-mail to the customer that confirms that the order was received (Order Confirmation).
The order confirmation does not yet constitute a binding contract of sale; it is merely for your information, to let you know that we have received your order. A binding contract of sale shall come into being when TECNOMOTO RACING confirms the product shipping (Shipping Confirmation) or acknowledges the order with a 2nd e-mail.
We guarantee the product you ordered will be shipped in perfect condition.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
You must check that the details of your confirmation are correct as soon as possible.
In case of some uncertainties at your orders, we will contact you.
5. Canceling order
You can cancel you order by e-mail or phone before the next business day.
Terms apply for money refund.
6. Delivery/ Transportation
The items will be delivered to the customer’s given address. You will get your item, if possible, in only one package via Hellenic Post or UPS Courier. There are no additional costs if your order requires in a separate delivery due to technical or logistic reasons because of e.g. containing items that have to be packed separately or delivered in different ways.
The mentioned delivery time by orders paid by cash in advance apply upon receipt of payment. The delivery time within Greece usually takes 1 to 3 working days either via Hellenic Post or via UPS Courier. International delivery time depends on the shipper that the customer will choose from our panel for his order (weekend and holidays excluded). If you don’t receive your order in this time, please contact us.
The TECNOMOTO Customer Support Team will always prove you that your order is shipped by sending you the tracking number of your consignment. You can use this number into the site of Post to check where your shipment is.
7. Pricing and Delivery costs
Prices are valid as shown on the website when the order is processed. All prices are in Euro and include the applicable sales tax (VAT). Delivery costs are added extra with a certain amount for every single item shipped in Europe or worldwide.
8. Item Replacement
You may wish to exchange delivered item to another one. If you send it to us unused and undamaged, we will exchange it for another item of the same price and you will pay for the new shipping cost.

9. Payment
You can pay using Paypal, or credit card payment.
The order will not be shipped until we receive your payment.
10. Return policy
The customer is obliged to check the delivered item and immediately report contingent faults and damage to our company.
We don’t answer to damage caused by the carrier.
Unless otherwise indicated, all items are under permanent warranty.
a) The warranty doesn’t apply to faults caused by:
i) Common using
ii) Wrong using of an item
iii) Wrong Storage
If the product is not in acceptable return condition, TECNOMOTO RACING will refuse to accept the return and will not authorize any refunds.
b) Return process:
i) Inform us about your problem by e-mail (you can use our Contact page)
ii) Request a return code to be issued. Sending back items without a return code will not be accepted.
iii) After receiving the return code, send the item back to our address, add your address and the reason of returning the item.
iv) Don’t forget to add the proof of purchase the item in our e-shop.
v) Return cost will be paid by the customer.
c) Item return
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (undamaged, unopened, with all the shrink-wrap intact), within 30 days of the date you received the item, but not the shipping cost.
All returns will be processed as soon as possible, at the latest 30 days from returning the item to us.

11. Retention of Title
The goods are and remain property of TECNOMOTO RACING LTD until the complete payment of the invoice sum is made.
12. Privacy Policy
The order as well as the personal information given by the customers will be recorded by TECNOMOTO RACING LTD. These data will be only used and processed within the scope of the applicable DATA Protection Act. All personal data, like the address and all credit card data are encrypted by making use of a SSL-Transmission, in order to secure the transfer of data through the Internet.
TECNOMOTO RACING LTD has taken a number of steps to safeguard the integrity of customer data and prevent unauthorized access to information that is stored in its various systems.
These measures are designed and intended to prevent corruption of data, ensure the integrity of information that is transmitted between TECNOMOTO RACING E-SHOP and its customers, and to provide protection of confidential information that may be in our possession.
